Multi Unit Buildings
Professional inspections for walk-up apartment buildings and multi-family investment properties. Clear reporting, scalable pricing, and a team-based approach.
Protect Your Multi-Unit Investment
Multi-unit buildings introduce unique risks that go beyond a standard residential inspection. Shared mechanical systems, roofing, parking structures, and common areas require a structured, commercial-grade inspection approach.
At iOnSight Property Inspections, we specialize in low-rise multi-unit buildings up to three storeys, delivering clear, actionable information for investors, landlords, and lenders.

WHAT QUALIFIES AS A MULTI-UNIT BUILDING

Our multi-unit inspection service is designed for low-rise residential investment properties, including:
Walk-up apartment buildings (4–16 units)
Fourplexes and sixplexes
Mixed-use buildings with residential units above commercial space
Townhouse-style rental complexes
Small condo buildings (common elements only)
Note: We focus on buildings three storeys or less. We are certified for High-rise structures and complex strata inspections, but these may require engineering-led teams and not our passion. We use our knowledge in Hire-rise structures and pair them with the uniqueness of low-rise residential.
